I can not print multiple copies of a Publisher document.

I have tried and tried to print multiple copies of a Publisher document and
each time only one copy prints.

What version Publisher? Windows?

What happens when you set the number of copies in the print driver? What model
printer? Have you checked the manufacturer's web site for an updated driver?

I am using Publisher 2003 and Windows XP. When I want to print multiple
copies, it only prints one. I have a HP 4550 Color Laser Printer and have
the most current driver. When I copy the data from the subject document to a
completely new document, I can print as many copies as I wish.

I have the current driver for the printer. I have copied the data to a new
document and and it works fine and I can print as many copies as I wish.

I had this problem some time back and I think I was doing a mail merge. As
it turned out, my original document was a web document not a document for
print.
