I can not read an email from a specific sender.

I receive emails from this woman (business related) and I am unable to read
them. I've tried adjusting all of my settings and nothing works. All I get
are her HTML tags and garbled letters and symbols. She sends out group emails
to about 50 people and claims I am the only one having the problems. They all
show up with no subject and no attachments even though she sends word
document attachements. I am using Optimum Online as my ISP with
Outlook/Office 2003. Her ISP is Comcast, but I have no idea what she is
using as her email program.

Outlook 2003 sometimes blocks pictures in an email and Comcast might send
all emails in pictures that Outlook automatically blocks. This helps you not
get spammed because some spammers can put images in emails that send
messages back to the sender, thus telling him/her that your email address is
working. Just click on the banner on top of the message if this is the case.
