I have a user whos outgoing email will become stuck several times a day, and
will typically block incoming emails until I clear them out.
I don't care about deleting the emails, I can usually get them to send using
the several methods posted everywhere. i.e. cancel send/recieve, move to
drafts, resend, etc.
I'm trying to get to the bottom of why her email gets stuck tryign to send
to begin with. These are just any kind of email too, not just attachments. I
don't see any commonality.
I've recreated her outlook profile, ran scanpst, rechecked her SMTP settings
a million times, updated to 2007sp3 and all patches, etc. Nothing seems to
make any difference.
I also have one other user with the same issue, but occasionally hers will
tend to "go out" and actually send it if she waits several hours.
