I can send e-mails from work but not from home on my laptop, help

I can send e-mails from work but not from home on my laptop. I have a pop3
account and sbc at home and charter at work. Is there a way to set up
multiple outgoing servers or do I have to change my settings every time I
from work to home and vise versa.

That depends on the SMTP security settings of your ISP. Usually enabling
authentication on the SMTP server should do the trick. You can enable this
in your account settings.
