I cannot delete temporary files.

When I try to delete temporary files I get an error message: "Cannot delete
file: Cannot read from the source file or disk." I am using Windows XP Home
Edition, version 5.1 with Microsoft office XP and Word 2002. Thanks for your
help!

It could be the files are still in use. You may want to try rebooting
your computer and then delete your temp files.

If you have additional problems then this is more of a Windows issue,
rather than an Office issue, and posting your question in a Windows
newsgroup would be your best bet since that's where the Windows
experts tend to hang out. If you can not find a Windows newsgroup then
this link should help:

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
