I Cannot Double-Click to Open an Excel Attachment

Hi,

I can not Double-Click to Open an Excel Attachment
however I can open all other file types.

When I try to open a PDF file it comes with an error
message:

The system can not find the path specified.

Can somone tell me how to fix thsi problem? I am using
PDF reader 6.0 and Windows XP profesional.
