I cannot open my LDAP directory. Advice?

Every time I try to open the directory, this message appears. How do I
resolve this issue?

If you don't need the LDAP service, remove it from your mail profile with
the Control Panel's Mail applet. You can also remove it from within
Outlook, but just how is version-dependent and you didn't state your
version.
