I cannot open weblinks in spamblocker

when I click on a link in spamblocker instead of going to the internet i am
taken to my send e-mail as if I am trying to send an e-mail. The weblink is
placed in as an e-mail address. Thus I am unable to open any of the links in
spamblocker mail. I have tried to find the spamblocker on off switch as i was
told to turn it off. I am unable to find .I have looked everywhere. Help!!!
