I cannot switch from grayscale to color preview

In MS Publisher 2007 I cannot switch from grascale to color previews. Does
anyone know how to remedy? (This is not a problem in Word 2007)

It is a bug with some HP printers. It will be fixed in the next service pack I
hope. Meanwhile use a different printer driver. There are generic drivers you
can install such as Generic Color PS for Commercial Printing or MS Publisher
Imagesetter.
In the Printer folder, file, Add Printer. Scroll down to Generic.
