I can't get Microsoft Word, Works or Outlook to open...

I have tried to reinstall them, but nothing works, it states there is a

would also help to know what version of Word, Works, Outlook and what
operating system you are using.

works, but I don't know where to get it from...

Don't you have a CD for Works? How was it installed to begin with? If it
was pre-installed, you'll need to get your computer manufacturer to provide
you a CD.
