When I attempt to open my e-mails in microsoft outlook, I get an utitiled
message box to pop-up. Here, it gives me a menu, and an oppotunity to click
file, where I can save to desktop etc., then I can open the e-mail. The menu
also gives me an option to delete the message, tools, and actions. I need to
be able to click an e-mail and it opens.
