I can't print a report, I push the print button, nothing happens

Ever since our tech guy updated our microsoft office to office 2003, I can
nolonger print reports from Access. I am able to imput all of the data into
the form, but when I move over to the report to print off the document, (as I
did in the older version of Access.) I hit the print button, and nothing
happens. I've asked our tech guy several months ago to look into this, and
he never responded, several e-mails have passed between our department and
the Tech Support Team, but to no avail. Can you help me??

Seems this (or a similar) question gets asked several times per week in this
news group.

Make sure you have a default printer designated and tested in Windows.

I don't knew if it will help but I got that problem for two reasons:
1. there was no printer defined in windows
2. there was a default printer defined for the report and that printer was
not defined in window.

but we had that problem when windows was instaled and not office
