i can't read/see all of the text on certain messages

I am running Office 2007
Several of my incoming Outlook email messages seem to be 'clipped' when I
try to read them on my home pc... ie I cannot see all of the text.
If I forward the message to my work email account (before opening it) and
then forward it back to my outlook account on my home pc, I can read/see the
entire message.
HELP!

what happens if you forward it after opening it?

what message format are the affected messages? which version of windows? do
you have all the latest updates for windows and outlook?
