I can't see any HTML messages in Outlook...HELP!

Just last night I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2002. I never had any problems with Outlook Express but now, for some reason, I can't see the body of any message created in HTML...even when I open the message and view it in the Internet Zone...nothing

I've gone through so many steps to try and solve this strange problem and can't seem to. PLEASE, someone out there...HELP
