I cant send outgoing email

I cant send outgoing email, it reads that it cant be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The error number is 0x800ccc79....PLEASE HEL

Do you mean that every single message you try to send results in this error,
no matter what recipiet address(es) you use? Outlook version, please.
