I can't sign in, why?

When I try to sign in, I get caught in a loop and never get signed in. My
user name and password are correct. Why does this keep happening?

You need to provide more information first:

1) Version of Outlook
2) Email environment (Exchange, POP3, etc.)
3) Any error messages/numbers
4) Any errors listed in your application event viewer
5) Do you use a PST? What size is it?
6) What troubleshooting have you already performed?

Outlook 2000
not sure, but we use yahoo
no error messages, just thinks for 5 seconds after I press enter and then
back to the same sign-in box
what is a PST
