I can't view clipart images, they appear as icons with dglxasset on them, how
do I fix this? Thanks

In Internet Explorer use
Tools=>Internet=>Options=>General=>[Delete Files]
or
Start=>Programs=>Accessories=>System Tools=>Disk Cleanup
to clear your temporary Internet file cache
and restart Word.
