Adobe forums, as Adobe makes Reader, a free PDF-reading application.

Or maybe it's just an issue with your Windows file associations. Changing a
File Association, Repairing broken File Associations

although it's actually geared toward repairing your associations with
PowerPoint, not PDFs.
