I changed my email account

I switched from comcast to qwest and I cannot get me microsoft outlook to
send email. It receives all the email but will not send an email...I have
been on the phone with qwest and they cannot get my outlook to send email
either-they directed me here to resolve my issue.

Remove yr Comcast account and add yr new qwest account?

Well, since you left Comcast then you no longer have permission to use
their resources. You lost your e-mail privileges at Comcast. They
immediately terminate your access to their SMTP mail host. It can be a
month before access to the POP mail host gets yanked. So start using
the mail account provided at your new ISP (Qwest).
