i finaled a presentation and now need it back to work on it - how

How can i continue to work on a presentation. I finaled it in error and it

What do you mean you "finaled" it? If you saved and closed it just reopen
it again and do your editing. If you closed it without saving it, oops. It
will probably be lost.

Any further posts, also please give the version of PPT you are using as well
as the operating system for the computer (Windows XP Home SP2, Vista SP1,
etc.)

Now that I had time I actually hit help for "final" in PPT 2007. Simply do
the final again and it will turn off the non-editing feature.

Help is an amazing feature of most products that any computer manufacturer
provides to enable a person to get assistance with their product. Another
good location to check before posting is to Google for assistance (although
in this case the search with the phrase PowerPoint 2007 final gives poor
information.)

Finalize it again and it will become editable. It's a toggle feature even
though it isn't as clear.
