I get a blue crash screen after I enter a phone number.

Today I started getting a blue crash screen after I entered a new contact and
put in a phone number. I did all of the things suggested by the help center
after sending the error message to microsoft. It still continues to crash. I
can enter a new contact and it will save as long as I do not include a phone
number in the new contacts file. My updates are all current. I tried a
previous systems setting. I have checked for viruses. There is no new
hardware or software. All other aspects of outlook works except when I enter
a new phone number. It crashes after the box comes up asking for the area
code I am using. When I enter the area code and save that box the system
crashes.

State how you configured the telephony service for your OS. This does not
sound like an Outlook issue.
