I get an error message when trying to view a powerpoint email

when someone sends me a picture using power point I can not open the file.
The commonn error seems to be OLK3B in the info box. Any clues folks

What is the full and exact error message? Do you have PowerPoint installed? If
so, what version and what email software are you using?

Have you tried saving the file and then opening PowerPoint and going to File >
Open and opening the file that way?
