I get stuck in CAPS

I have noticed that occasionally in Word 2003 I seem to be typing capiatl
letters even though Caps Lock is off. I have to select the text and change
case to Sentence case before Word will allow me to continue typing normally
again. Is this me doing something wrong or a known bug?
