I have a blank page in the book I anm Writing?

I am writing a book and have discovered a blank page in my work, i dont know
how it happened or how to fix it?, can anyone help, Please

A tricky question to answer without examining the document; but I suggest
you look for a ParaPageBreakBefore, some combination of Keep with Next and
Keep Lines Together, hidden section break or some other anomaly that will
force an unnecessary break.

If you press Shift+F1, you can then click on the paragraphs and headings
before and following the blank page to see if you can spot the cause.

You might also click on the Show/Hide icon and see if you don't have a
series of pilcrows:
