i have a friend who is in need of the microsoft office xp.

she has her reg code. (her computer went down) now she has to put it back on
her computer. i have the cd . will she be able to use my disk even if my reg
code is already on the disk?

If you have the same Office XP edition (e.g., Standard, Professional,
etc.) as your friend, then yes your friend can use your CD and her
product key to install the software.
