I have no Send button (Outlook)

Unbelievable...my Standard toolbar does not have a Send
button to send emails in Outlook.

I have WindowsXP on my pc.

Also, what is the difference between Outlook Express and
Outlook...I sense that Outlook has no replaced Outlook
Express so should I delete the Outlook Express icon on my
desktop? Thank you
