I just needed the Selection Tool that was available on the Photo Editor
before & was very helpful ! & I couldn't find it on the new Office 2003
Picture manager ???

The Picture Manager hasn't the tools that the Photo Editor had. I don't remember what
the selection tool did, but if it masked an area, you might try using MS Paint.
