I AM NEW TO THE PC WORLD AND I JUST PURCHASED A MICROSOFT PUBLISHER 98.
I WANTED TO DOWNLOAD TEMPLATES FROM MICROSOFT OFFICE ONLINE, BUT ALL THE
TEMPLATES SAY I NEED TO USE PUBLISHER 2002 OR 2003, OR POWERPOINT 97. HOW CAN
I DOWNLOAD OR PRINT A TEMPLATE THAT SAYS I NEED PUBLISHER 2002 OR 2003 IF MY
PUBLISHER IS ONLY A 98 ? CAN THAT BE DONE?
WHAT CAN I DO ?

The first thing you need to do is to lower your caps. It's considered
shouting, and that's rude.

If you just purchased Publisher 98, then I hope you only paid about $5 for
it because it's a very old version. You cannot use a template that's made
for Pub 2003, 2002, or even Pub 2000. And regardless of the version of
Publisher you own, you can't open a PowerPoint file with it.

I'm going to assume you didn't do any research before you spent your money.
Your money isn't wasted if the program works but you *are* limited.
