I wrote El Dorado instead of Eldorado a ton of times in my document and need
to change it each time it is miss-spelled--- it doesn't show up on spell
check-

First go to the beginning of the document. Type control-H.
In "Find what" put "El Dorado". In "Replace with" put
"Eldorado". Click on "Replace all".

Next, and for the future, click on Tools > Autocorrect
options > Autocorrect. In "Replace" put "El Dorado". In
"With" put "Eldorado". Click on "Add". Now in future
whenever you write "El Dorado" it will always be changed to
"Eldorado".
