I need to create a web page from a word document for a school project, how
can I include sounds and video to jazz it up?

Do you only have Word for this? Word is pretty basic (pathetic really) as an
HTML editor. I suggest that you download (for free) the new trial version of
Microsoft Expression. That will get you up with a really good web site very
quickly.

Sorry to say this on a Microsoft group ;) but Mozilla is pretty good
for making web pages. Simple to use and costs nothing.
