i-Phone pix default to Publisher, how to change?

I must have chosen the 'do this every time' box. How do I get back to the
multiple option menu and eliminate Publisher as the default?

When the i-Phone connects, the files are automaticaly associsted with
publisher and when saved become *.pub files.

I don't know what their extention in before the conversion, so I don't know
how to change the association.
