I set a picture to be behind text. How can I edit it now?

I have a Clip art that I set the text wraping to be behind the text. Is there
Any way to bring it back forward to edit it now?

Display the Drawing toolbar and click on the Select Objects tool (big white
arrow at the left end). This allows you to select objects in the drawing
layer without touching text.
