I try to open certain e mail attc it wont let me

my email tells me micro cannot open my email attc only certain ones what do I
need to instal I have xp

Please provide some additional details such as the application and
version of the application (I'm guessing Outlook) along with the
version of Windows you are using. "XP" could refer to Windows or an
Office version.

It would also be would helpful if you spell out what you are trying to
ask instead of using abbreviations. And I'm not sure what you mean by
"micro" do you mean 'macro' or 'Microsoft' or ???
