I used CTRL + ENTER to divide my table but the header dissappear.

Hello. My name is Esther, I work with your program to much. I teach course
and I have problem with I have to divide table. I like to use page break,
but when I have Header in my table this dissappear. You can help me.

As you've seen, a page break splits the table. Delete the break and
the paragraph mark separating the tables to connect them again. (You
may want to display nonprinting characters to make this easier: Just
click the ¶ button on the Standard toolbar.) Then do the following:
Select the row which should go to the following page and, on the
Format menu, click Paragraph. Click the Indents and Spacing tab,
select the "Page break before" option, and click OK.

Correction: Use the Line and Page Breaks tab to set the option, not
the Indents and Spacing tab.
