I want to copy from word into publisher without losing formatting

I am trying to copy text from word to publisher. However, when i do this, I
lose formatting such as bullets, borders, etc. How can I preserve my
formatting so I do not have to re-do my work.

Best way is to do the work in Publisher.
Try pasting into WordPad as Rich Text, then into Publisher. Most of the formatting
will be retained, can't guarantee the borders.
