I want to publish to a different place

I am new to Publisher and am running version 2003. The first time I chose
"Publish to the Web" I chose to publish to my computer. Now I want to
publish to my URL and I'm not getting that as an option. It will only
publish to my computer. How can I publish to the ISP server?
