Review the attachment.
In Gantt Chart, In "Timescale" Window, I would like to change the uni
to hours instead of days.
How do I do that ? If I do, I am getting the message "size mismatch"

In your screen shot it explained how the upper tier has less time per
tick than one of the tiers below. What happened when you tried the two
suggestions?
