ICC Color profiles

I just started looking at Publisher 2003 for the first time, and I can't
find any place to configure my ICC profiles.
Publisher does support this, right?

Wrong!

Am I missing something but how can you use this product if it doesn't
support basic ICC color matching?
I read that it was supposed to be a replacement for Pagemaker.
