Icons on toolbar

Is there anyway to change the size of the icons on the toolbar(s) in word 2008 for Mac?

Try right-clicking and choosing Customise. If you remove the text from the
labels, they get "apparently" smaller.

And use Help>Send Feedback to tell Microsoft you want it :)
