I'm looking for a Powerpoint background that looks like a book being opened
upa nd the pages changing. Can anybody help?

If you cab do it yourself
you can find plenty of backgrounfs through indezine.com.
If you cannot find one you should be prepared to pay for it because it takes
a bit work to suit you.
