I'm using the powerpoint, but none of my words are coming up

Try changing your font color - perhaps it's the same as your background.

Can you clarify a lttle. Can you:
A. See the words as you type but they disappear when you've finished
B. See the words in edit view but not in the slide show
C. Not see the words anywhere
D. Something else

Are you typing into a text box? The text doesn't go directly onto the
slide. It goes into a text box, so there has to be one there for you to
type into.
