Hello,

I host my website with Yahoo. Is is better for me to store images on
Hardrive and upload to Yahoo in my images folder OR upload images to another
Hosting site -Vendio and link back to website?

Which is more secure?

What are alt tags on images? Someone suggested using keywords on images to
help with search engine process.

Thanks, Liz

Neither is "secure". If you're worried about people taking your images the
only way to prevent it is to not put them on the internet. I would store
the images on the same host as my site and then insert them into the pages.
If you use another hosting site you'll need to use absolute URLs to
reference them.

ALT tags are used for accessibility too. Let's say you have a picture of a
House. You'd add an ALT tag that says "Picture of a House". When you place
your mouse over the image you'll see the text. People that use text readers
will be able to "see" what the image is of by the description. You should
always use ALT tags.

When you place your mouse over the image you'll see the text.

Only in IE, which gets it wrong. This text is only supposed to be shown
when you browse with images disabled in the browser. It's the title
attribute that should be shown when you mouseover the element.
