Images not seen in Word doc

M

Microsoft

Is there a reason why my images or clipart wouldn't be viewed in MS Word
2003? In all the views except for Reading Layout, the images don't show up.
I only seen a white box with a black border. Any suggestions?

I tried troubleshooting this but didn't get anywhere. Thanks.

Doug, that was it. Thanks so much. BTW, do you happen to know the generic
Word newsgroup address for Outlook Express? I couldn't find it. Thanks
again.

There are no Word NGs for OE. You have to search for "outlookexpress." Many
of the OE NGs start with microsoft.public.inetexplorer or
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer, but all include "outlookexpress" in
the name (AFAIK). They are subdivided by version (ie4, ie5, ie55, ie6 will
be part of the name) and to some extent by topic.

You'll find links to all of them and instructions for setting up your
newsreader with an msnews account at

It's belatedly struck me that you're looking for the generic address to use
in OE to access the Word NGs . (Duh.) They all start with
microsoft.public.word, and again, you're better off accessing them from
msnews, so the link above is still a good idea.

Thanks Susanne.

Suzanne, I just realized the link you set is broken. Can you resend the
correct link? Thanks.
