I have just upgraded to a new dell (optiplexgx620) with office 2003. I was
using office xp with outlook to successfully access my imap email account
with no difficulties, I have >30 folders along with my inbox. With outlook
2003 (sp1) it always takes a long time >3-8 minutes (and frequently freezes)
to check email. I think I have it configured to only check the inbox on the
imap server, yet there appears to be 6-12 tasks in the send/receive progress
with mulitple instances of teh imap inbox folder and what it labels
"subscribed folders'.
I would really appreciate some help in being able to improve the imap folder
checking.
