Hello all,
I have Outlook 2k and I've just switched to an IMAP server. When I start
Outlook, the folder list has the IMAP account minimized. Is there a way to
have it fully expanded?
Also, on the server under sent items, I have several sub-folders set up for
different purposes. i.e. anything sent to (e-mail address removed) is sent to
folder1. Anything sent to (e-mail address removed) is sent to folder2. Etc.
etc.
I'd like to find a way to have Outlook be able to SEND messages with
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) as the "From Addresses" on
two email accounts within Outlook and I'd like them to drop sent messages
into specific sub-folders under the "Sent Items" folder. This last issue
has a two-part question: 1) how do I create these accounts without having
all the IMAP folders listed twice? 2) how can I post my outgoing messages
ON THE SERVER in the appropriate sub-folders?
