Import additional fields

Outlook has a number of fields, but it appears that the
import wizard restricts you to a few contact type
fields. I need to import a professional society
membership list, but I cannot include a number of the
fields. How do I do it?

I would be happy to import to existing Outlook fields
that are not selectable by the Outlook Import wizard. Is
that possible?

Such as? Basically, if it's not available in the field mapping list, the solutions are the same as I indicated before.
