import address book from outlook 2002

Ihave outlook 2002 on my office pc. I have outlook
express on my laptop. I want import the address book from
my pc to the laptop

Outlook does not use an address book. You would have to export your Contacts
Folder to a format OE can import, like CSV.

Export the contents of your Outlook Contacts folder to a .CSV file and copy
that file to the laptop -- Outlook Express will be able to import it (use
the File | Import | Other Address Book command).

I would export to a .CSV file, then import on the other system. I guess it
depends on how and where your addresses are stored in outlook.
