Import backup personal folder

I reformatted my harddrive. I backed up all my outlook folders to a personal folder and saved it to a CD. When I try to import it outlook tells me I don't have access permission to the folder. How do I get permission. I don't remember password protecting it. No reason to.

copy your .pst files to your PC and then try it. Everytime your access a
..pst file it needs to write to it and if its on a CDrom it can't write to
it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had already tried that. After I posted I went back to look at the files on my hard drive and found that when they were copied they remained read only files. After I changed that it worked fine
