Import Categories from "Contacts in Personal Folder" to "Contacts"

When I transfered info from my old computer to this new one, the Categories
in my Contacts only transfered to the "Contacts inPersonal Folder"....I need
them on the "Contacts". for various reasons. How can I do that?
