Import / Export Problem with Access 2000

When I import outlook emails from Outlook the From:
(address) field is not imported but the date received is
there.

When I export from Outlook to Access the From: (address)
field is there but the date is there.

I need to import / export the From: (address) and the date
received fields for my database.

Windows 98se (All updates applied)
Office 2000
IE 6
